The Representative will drive service excellence by responding to customers’ needs and by continuously looking for opportunities to improve our service and support. A strong understanding of the foreign exchange market is preferred but not essential, and complete training on our price streaming Service will be provided.

FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused Regional Head of Relationship Management (RM) to lead our RM function in the Americas region. This role is based in our New Jersey office and reports to the SVP, Global Head of Liquidity and Relationship Management.
The VP Regional Head of Relationship Management will oversee a team of RMs, ensuring the highest levels of client service and operational excellence while partnering closely with Sales and Product teams to deepen client relationships, expand service offerings, and drive increased trade volume.
This is an exciting opportunity to join and help shape an evolving global RM team. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the region and, through active collaboration with fellow Regional Heads, ensure a consistent and seamless client experience across all markets. FXSpotStream Europe LTD (FSS) is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our London team. The individual will report to the SVP Regional Head of Sales and New Business, EMEA. Travel, including extended stays as needed, should be expected.
Responsibilities
The following are some of the responsibilities for the position. Other duties commensurate with the position may be assigned:
- Sales, marketing, and business development efforts for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Responsible for the sales of FSS to clients, liquidity providers and vendors, including demos of the FSS offerings
- Assist the team in prospecting and lead generation, including supporting Senior Sales Executives in client outreach and pipeline mgmt. and deal execution
- Establish, maintain, and expand long term client and LP relationships
- Assist with managing the sales CRM, track client interactions, and analyze sales data
- Manage and support, together with Relationship Management, technology and support staff, the onboarding of clients
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and Represent FSS at conferences and other industry events to enhance business development efforts
- Work closely with technology and Product teams on client and LP enhancements to the FSS offering

FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) seeks a Fixed-Income Product Manager for the New Jersey team who will assume the responsibilities outlined below and possess the specified qualifications. The individual will work closely with our global offices and report to the SVP Global Head of Product Management, or any other individual designated by the CEO.
Responsibilities
The individual will be expected to perform the following responsibilities. Other duties commensurate with the position may be assigned:
- Work with existing FSS shareholders as well as potential non-shareholding LPs and LCs
- Define requirements and present them to the vendor and then work with the vendor to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Serve on the Fixed Income Advisory Committee and guide the process of ensuring that LiquidityMatch delivers the right product to enable strong commitment and volumes from both shareholders and other LPs and LCs
- Produce detailed functional specifications regarding features, capabilities, workflows, and admin requirements for product development initiatives
- Drive product launches, including working with public relations teams, executives, and other product management team members
- Engage with clients and liquidity providers and translate their needs, feedback, and enhancement/change requests into requirements
