Regional Head of Relationship Management- New Jersey
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and customer-focused Regional Head of Relationship Management (RM) to lead our RM function in the Americas region. This role is based in our New Jersey office and reports to the SVP, Global Head of Liquidity and Relationship Management.
The VP Regional Head of Relationship Management will oversee a team of RMs, ensuring the highest levels of client service and operational excellence while partnering closely with Sales and Product teams to deepen client relationships, expand service offerings, and drive increased trade volume.
This is an exciting opportunity to join and help shape an evolving global RM team. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the region and, through active collaboration with fellow Regional Heads, ensure a consistent and seamless client experience across all markets. This role offers the chance to contribute to the continued development of the RM function and make a significant impact on client engagement and business growth.
Responsibilities
The following are some of the responsibilities for the position. Other duties commensurate with the position may be assigned:
- Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring efficient lead times and seamless integration into FSS services
- Monitor and enhance onboarding workflows in coordination with the Global Head of Liquidity and Relationship Management
- Drive proactive engagement with clients through regular calls, visits, and post go-live assessments
- Guide the team in conducting competitor and venue analysis to identify opportunities for clients to optimize trading activity
- Work with RMs to identify and re-engage low-volume or dormant clients to increase platform utilization
- Support delivery of new product offerings and service enhancements in collaboration with Product and Sales
- Collaborate closely with the Client Services team to ensure unified client support, and act as a point of escalation for complex client issues requiring senior oversight or cross-functional coordination
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales by sharing client insights, surfacing new opportunities, and progressing leads identified through RM interactions
- Collaborate with Product and Operations to improve the overall client experience and support ongoing innovation
- Ensure documentation of all RM-related procedures and maintain clear internal communication across teams
- Lead and support the regional Relationship Management team, ensuring a high level of performance and professional development
- Serve as the first escalation point for complex client or team-related issues, collaborating closely with the Client Services team to maintain a seamless client experience
- Hire, train, and onboard new Relationship Managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
Qualifications
The individual should possess the following qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required
- 2–3 years of experience in a relationship management or client-facing role, ideally in financial services or capital markets
- Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships(preferred)
- Analytical and detail-oriented with effective troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable navigating complex client requirements and operational processes
- Experience in project or vendor management is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Python knowledge is a plus

Associate- Sales & New Business (London)
Location: London
FXSpotStream Europe LTD (FSS) is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our London team. The individual will report to the SVP Regional Head of Sales and New Business, EMEA. Travel, including extended stays as needed, should be expected.
Responsibilities
The following are some of the responsibilities for the position. Other duties commensurate with the position may be assigned:
- Sales, marketing, and business development efforts for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Responsible for the sales of FSS to clients, liquidity providers and vendors, including demos of the FSS offerings
- Assist the team in prospecting and lead generation, including supporting Senior Sales Executives in client outreach and pipeline mgmt. and deal execution
- Establish, maintain, and expand long term client and LP relationships
- Assist with managing the sales CRM, track client interactions, and analyze sales data
- Manage and support, together with Relationship Management, technology and support staff, the onboarding of clients
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and Represent FSS at conferences and other industry events to enhance business development efforts
- Work closely with technology and Product teams on client and LP enhancements to the FSS offering
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities
- Act as a point of contact for the LP and client, together with the Relationship Management team, providing escalation path to and from the support team and attending to LP/client issues and requirements promptly
Qualifications
The individual should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum 1year of work experience in sales, preferably at an ECN or exchange, eFX Sales or PB at a bank or relevant technology vendor is preferred
- Strong FX product knowledge
- Selling skills: ability to identity, develop and articulate a complex proposition
- Strong understanding of LP/client business model, technical requirements, and workflows
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to develop and execute a sales plan, ability to use a variety of technology with a high level of proficiency
- Problem solving-ability to understand, articulate, structure, and solve client needs
- Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization
