Relationship Manager (London)
Location: London
FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) seeks an outgoing and customer service-oriented individual to join the organization as a Relationship Manager (RM) in a role that bridges the Onboarding and Sales functions. The position will be based in London, with office hours Monday through Thursday and remote Fridays, with flexibility for occasional additional remote workdays.
The RM will be responsible for onboarding clients onto the FSS service and further cultivating the relationship by remaining as the client’s main point of contact. The RM will respond to client needs, educate clients about FSS’s services, generally provide excellent service, and continuously seek opportunities to increase trade volume and improve the client experience.
Responsibilities
The following are some of the responsibilities for the position. Other duties commensurate with the position may be assigned:
- Perform all functions necessary to successfully onboard the client onto the FSS Service
- Assist with the initial and ongoing documentation of processes and procedures
- Provide a post go-live assessment and perform venue/competitor analysis to reveal gaps in the client’s trade practices and deliver recommendations for enhancing the client’s trading activity
- Identify low volume / dormant clients and seek to bolster trading activity
- Be the voice of the client and provide input to the Product team regarding enhancement requests and missed opportunities
- Ensuring that CRM is kept up to date and call reports logged
- Conduct client calls and visitations to deliver product demonstrations, reviews, and recommendations, as well as to generally enhance the clients’ relationship with FXSpotStream
- Promptly pass acquired leads and related lead information onto the Sales team when opportunities arise during client interactions
- Provide excellent service to maintain FXSpotStream’ s strong reputation in the market
Qualifications
The individual should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Proficient in with MS Office and Google docs
- Banking or financial markets experience (preferred)
- Competency in making data driven decisions
- Project and vendor management skills
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, flexible and ability to lead internally and externally
- Education: Minimum BA or BS degree
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
Summer Internship – London
Location: LONDON, UK
FXSpotStream seeks a summer intern for its London, UK office. Individual must be energetic, industrious, willing to learn, and interested in the foreign exchange market. Requirements: must be entering 3rd or 4th year at a well-regarded university; must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks during the summer; must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. The summer intern will gain interesting and valuable experience in the areas of sales, relationship management, client support, and services, and potentially other areas as well.
Responsibilities
- Observe and assist in the day to day operations of the Service and participate in internal and external calls/meetings
- Responsibilities may also include conducting data research projects and presenting findings to maximize efficiency for clients and LPs, and working with CRM software to maximize data sharing throughout company
- The intern may gain experience across the Company’s functions, including Support, Relationship Management, Product, and back office functions

Our internship program is aimed at students, close to completing their university education. Human Resource Associate
Location: London
FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) seeks a Human Resource Associate to join its team in London. The Human Resource
Associate will support day-to-day HR operations for the London office and strategic goals and initiatives in EMEA, with a focus on employee relations, workplace culture, and benefits administration. The individual will report to the Director of Human Resources (Americas). This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to build broad generalist experience across employee lifecycle support, compliance, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
The following are some of the responsibilities for the position. Other duties commensurate with the position may be assigned:
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment documentation, right-to-work checks
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files
- Respond to employee queries related to policies, benefits, payroll, and general HR matters
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee communications. Support statutory leave administration (e.g., maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave,
sick leave) - Support compliance with UK employment laws and internal company policies.
- Assist with updates to employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentation
- Arrange for annual workplace training in all global regions track probation periods, contract renewals, and required employment documentation
- Act as a first point of contact for routine employee relations matters, escalating when appropriate. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and office events. Provide occasional office management support
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications
- Assist with offer preparation, contract issuance, and pre-employment checks
- Liaise with hiring managers and the global HR team throughout the recruitment process
- Support global HR programs, audits, and reporting as needed
Qualifications
The individual should possess the following qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or similar role
- Strong understanding of UK employment practices and statutory requirements (preferred)
- Experience supporting payroll and benefits processes in the UK
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and collaborate well with others
