Associate Client Relationship Manager

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, USA

FXSpotStream® seeks an outgoing and customer service oriented individual to join the organization as an Associate Client Relationship Manager (RM) in a role which bridges the Onboarding and Sales functions.  Based in our New Jersey office, the RM will be responsible for onboarding clients onto the FSS service and further cultivating the relationship by remaining as the client’s main point of contact. The RM will respond to client needs, educate clients about FSS’s services, generally provide service excellence, and continuously seek opportunities to generate higher trade volume and improve the client experience.   The RM should possess the qualifications specified below and be capable, at all times, of performing the responsibilities described below. The individual will report to the SVP Global Head of Relationship Management.

Responsibilities

The RM will be expected to perform the following responsibilities, along with others as the company may assign from time to time:

  • Perform all functions necessary to successfully onboard the client onto the FSS Service
  • Assist with the initial and ongoing documentation of processes and procedures
  • Provide a post go-live assessment and perform venue/competitor analysis to reveal gaps in the client’s trade practices and deliver recommendations for enhancing the client’s trading activity
  • Resolve any client issues promptly and professionally
  • Identify low volume/dormant clients and seek to bolster trading activity
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to recommend and deliver to the client additional FSS product and services offerings
  • Conduct client calls and visitations to deliver product demonstrations, reviews, and recommendations, as well as to generally enhance the clients’ relationship with FSS
  • Optimize vendor relationships
  • Promptly pass acquired leads and related lead information onto the Sales team when opportunities arise during client interactions
  • Provide excellent service to maintain FSS’s strong reputation in the market

Qualifications

The individual should possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong, professional relationships
  • Ability to work in a team framework, both with other RMs as well as across other functions
  • Strategic thinker, able to analyze and troubleshoot quickly
  • Proficient in with MS Office and Google docs
  • Experience with Salesforce, or similar CRM preferred, but not required
  • Banking or financial markets experience (preferred)
  • Project and vendor management skills
  • Ability to work across multiple projects, yet identify and address exigent situations
  • Action-oriented, entrepreneurial and flexible
  • Willingness to develop an in-depth knowledge of FSS’s business and service offerings
  • Education: Minimum BA or BS degree
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred

Associate Director of Human Resources & Administration

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, USA

FXSpotStream® seeks an Associate Director of Human Resources & Administration to support the General Counsel & Director of Administration in identifying and delivering the required administrative support for operations of the global organization.  The position will primarily focus on Human Resources responsibilities (as described below), and secondarily on other administrative functions, which include Legal, Facilities, Insurance, and General Administration, with close collaboration with the Finance team.  Based in our Jersey City, New Jersey office, the Associate Director of Human Resources & Administration will report to the General Counsel & Director of Administration, or his designee.

Responsibilities

The following are some of the responsibilities for the position.  Other duties commensurate with the position may be assigned.

  • Day to day lead on Human Resources matters, including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, and onboarding, staff communications, employee relations issues, performance evaluations, annual workplace training, management of personnel files, benefits and liaising with the company’s HR support vendor
  • Assist with annual insurance renewals and help organize and manage the company’s insurance coverages
  • Support the company’s General Counsel on ad hoc legal related projects and some contract review
  • Serve as one of the primary contact points with the company’s landlord/building management and address facilities related issues

Qualifications

Client Service and Support Specialist

Location: London, UK

FXSpotStream® seeks a Client Service and Support Specialist to assume the responsibilities outlined below and possessing the specified qualifications. The Representative will drive service excellence by responding to customer’s needs and by continuously looking for opportunities to improve our service and support. This person will work closely with management and internal technical personnel to resolve customer issues and to ensure we are meeting the needs of the market and its customers. The individual will report to the Regional Head of Client Services and Support.

Responsibilities

The individual will have responsibility to provide support in respect of the following matters and functions:

  • Ability to manage and/or monitor the functions of an electronic service
  • First point of contact in a customer service capacity for the service
  • Technical and product support for the solution
  • Market control, operations and support functions of the service
  • Interface with participants and vendors in support capacity
  • Troubleshoot incidents and issues from onset until conclusion
  • Assist with the initial and ongoing documentation of market control, support and other processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting  and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in with MS Office and Google Docs
  • Banking or financial markets experience (preferred)
  • Project and vendor management skills
  • Ability to work multiple shifts, including overnight

Liquidity Manager

Location: Jersey City, New Jersey, USA

FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) seeks a Liquidity Manager for the New Jersey team to assume the responsibilities outlined below and possessing the specified qualifications. The individual will work closely with our London and Tokyo office and report to the Head of Liquidity Management or such other individual designated by the CEO.

Responsibilities

The individual will have responsibility for, manage or provide support in respect of the following matters and functions:

  • Building and growing relationships with Liquidity Providers (LPs) and clients
  • Leveraging data to grow existing bilateral connections between clients and LPs across all products on the Service (Spot, Forward, Swap, NDF, Precious Metal)
  • Evaluate key performance metrics of clients and LPs, including Average Daily Volume, Currency Pair Coverage, LP vs Client distribution and other related measures
  • Daily engagement with clients and LPs for both optimizing existing trading configuration and troubleshooting issues
  • Close collaboration with FSS Sales and Relationship Management teams to assist with liquidity optimization analysis and discussions
  • Building, analyzing and distributing value add reporting and analytics to assist the Sales and Relationship Management teams
  • Educating other FSS team members on Liquidity Management related topics such as Order Types, Trading Profiles, Stream Configuration and Data Analytics

Qualifications

The individual should possess the following qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Excel and preferably some Python/R/SQL experience
  • FX product knowledge
  • Problem solving-ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client investigations
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
