FXSpotStream LLC (FSS) is seeking a Client Service and Support Specialist to join its team in Jersey City, New Jersey. The individual will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of the foreign exchange market is preferred but not essential, and full training on our price streaming Service will be provided.

The Representative will drive service excellence by responding to customers’ needs and by continuously looking for opportunities to improve our service and support. This person will work closely with management and internal technical personnel to resolve customer issues and ensure we meet the market’s and its customers’ needs. The individual will report to the VP Regional Head of Client Services and Support.
