Official Rules for FXSpotStream Survey Sweepstakes

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. Completing the survey does not increase your chances of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The FXSpotStream Survey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to current clients of FXSpotStream who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of FXSpotStream LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at the time the Client Feedback Survey email is sent to participants and ends at 5:00 P.M. EST on January 3, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received by the deadline to be eligible.

 4. HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Sweepstakes, participants must complete the brief Client Feedback Survey (approximately 5 minutes) using the link provided in the promotional email sent by FXSpotStream. Only one (1) entry per business email is allowed. Entries from generic email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) or duplicate entries will not be accepted.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Apple iPad Pro, with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $999. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion. All taxes, fees, and other expenses associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about January 6, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The Sponsor will notify the winner via email. The winner must respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received, or if the winner is found ineligible, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

7. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time.

9. LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering, participants release FXSpotStream LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or liability arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, receipt, or use of any prize.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize. Your information will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfilment or as required by law. By participating, you agree to these terms.
